Employees provide an unparalleled amount of innovative ideas, they see what executives don’t see and will always have suggestions of improvement. In order to be a constantly evolving business, companies need to access their employees natural creativity by encouraging it, sometimes achieved through creating other venues of learning. Once a company learns to empower their people, they are only then truly sustainable, and truly able to evolve.
